いつも熱心な授業をありがとうございます。
小学4年生の宿題で、国語の教科書の単元以外にも、あいうえお作文や、ほらふき作文などの宿題はあれこれ考えながら楽しくやっているようです。
授業では、時に道徳の教科書を使ったレッスンをしてくださったり、日本の地理のクイズ大会など、色々な方向から子供の興味を引きながら、授業計画を立てていただき有り難いです。
中1の息子の方は、なかなか内容も漢字も難しくなって頭を悩ませたりもしていますが、引き続きどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
明るく、優しく、美人な先生😊✨子供に寄り添った指導をしていただき子供たちも楽しくレッスンを受けています。

今日は初日から楽しくあっという間の30分のレッスン大変ありがとうございました。子供達も早速一日目のホームワークをやる気満々で仕上げ、カタカナでの名前も初めて書きました。集中して短時間でも印象強い授業だと、荒木先生の経験は言うまでもなく、子供達への引率力とズーム技術に大変感動致しました。これからも息の長い焦らない積み重ねを助けてご指導いただけることと、改めて勇気を頂き心より感謝申し上げます。

まず、綿密に学期ごとの長期プランを立て、毎回のレッスンの準備も手を抜かず、レッスン後にはレッスン報告、レッスン準備のメール、Google classroom への宿題の添削、次回レッスンに役立つ動画の添付など、親がきちんとレッスン経過を確認できるので大変ありがたいです。凛と清楚に咲く百合のような先生です。優しく、明るく、時にはちょっぴり厳しく、どんな生徒にも上手く対応でき、楽しいレッスンができる先生で、親の私の子育て相談や、レッスンへのリクエストなど、お忙しい中、常メールやレッスンの後に即答で対応してくださり、大変助かっていますし、頼りになります。どんな生徒さんにも上手く対応できる柔軟で真面目で、かつ面白い先生ですから、勉強嫌いの子、特に海外生活が長く日本語の保持に悩んでいる日本人やハーフの子におすすめします！ 中２・小６ M

I am writing to offer my highest recommendation for Grace Izumi Araki. Grace has been a private tutor for my eight-year old son, for the past two years. Grace comes to our home weekly and works with him for 90 minutes. My husband and I do not speak Japanese ourselves, but we desire to have our son learn Japanese because it is part of his cultural background.
Each week Grace prepares an individualized lesson based on where he is in learning and interests. Grace has taught him hiragana, katakana, and up to second-grade level kanji. They work on common phrases and conversational Japanese, and are now working on grammar. She also regularly introduces him to aspects of Japanese culture. Last week our son walked into our local Japanese grocery store and noted to us that he was reading the signs in Japanese before even seeing the English. I take this as a strong indicator of the learning that our son has done with Grace.
Grace’s style is fun, patient, and persistent. Grace has a way of making learning a new language fun, in that she brings books to read, creates games to practice vocabulary, and even sometimes sings songs. Of note is that Grace has been able to get my son, who is often shy, to engage and feel confident in speaking a second language.
I truly believe that any student would be lucky to be matched with Grace as their tutor!

K is taking a weekly Conversation class and a biweekly Private lesson. Those lessons are very well structured based on her level and interests. The content of lessons are various in Japanese usage, character, grammar, and composition. K has learned many aspects of Japanese , and it will open many windows for her in the future if she decides to work in a Japanese environment.
Araki sensei has been K's Japanese teacher about for 5 years. She is very passionate in teaching, creative when organizing the lessons, and has a solid experience teaching Japanese to non-Japanese speakers. Her lesson materials are well prepared and better than any standard Japanese text books. That will tell you how great a teacher she is. Y.M

Araki-sensei is very kind and flexible. She can adjust to the student level and age well. We love her links to YouTube videos and Japanese resources. I did not know that there were so many out there! It makes the lesson much more interesting.
